Hi,

I had tried to purchase online ticket on 6th September, (RWP-DIK 9:00 am). Daewoo system collected the funds but never issued a ticket. I had call on help line but they asked me to contact on terminal, then I call on terminal they asked me to pay cash. I had purchased ticket by paying cash. After purchasing ticket I met Rawalpindi Terminal's Manager, he gave me a mobile no(0331-5143707) for refund. After a lot of tries when nobody pick the phone, I call on helpline and asked to register my complaint but the representative refused to register the complaint and give me another number for complaint (111-007-006) I have tried that number but there is no response.
I have already send complaint on website contact us, but got no reply, then I send an email but got no response. The online system has no proper guide line for these types of issues, the managers are not helping me, helpline services are not helping me.

Hi.
I purchased a female seat 36 from Lahore to Bahawalpur. The System is showing 35 seat number purchased by a male passenger. Mobile app does not allows to buy or book male passenger next to a female seat. So this means Daewoo ticketing Authorities Sale the ticket to the male customer. Are these guys in their senses or what ? I want refund of my ticket and request to take action against such acts.

I have purchase the tickets 180311860042 & 180311860043 via mobile app using debit card but at the time of departure , i received message of cancelling seats.

I cannot understand. I contact to help center who say that bus has been cancelled, now you need to apply for refund and re booked the seat. Why? same amount cannot be adjusted for another booking?

My Important appointment has been missed due to this. I need to meet with an important international client in lahore.

am). Daewoo system collected the funds dedacted money my Account but never issued a ticket. I had call on help line but they asked me to contact on terminal, then I call on terminal they asked me to pay cash. I had purchased ticket by paying cash. After purchasing ticket I met Lahore Terminal's Manager.
