I had tried to purchase online ticket on 6th September, (RWP-DIK 9:00 am). Daewoo system collected the funds but never issued a ticket. I had call on help line but they asked me to contact on terminal, then I call on terminal they asked me to pay cash. I had purchased ticket by paying cash. After purchasing ticket I met Rawalpindi Terminal's Manager, he gave me a mobile no(0331-5143707) for refund. After a lot of tries when nobody pick the phone, I call on helpline and asked to register my complaint but the representative refused to register the complaint and give me another number for complaint (111-007-006) I have tried that number but there is no response.
I have already send complaint on website contact us, but got no reply, then I send an email but got no response. The online system has no proper guide line for these types of issues, the managers are not helping me, helpline services are not helping me.
