Online Ticket Dispute

I had tried to purchase online ticket on 30th December, (DIK-KHI 20:05 PM). Daewoo system collected the funds from my credit card but did't issue a ticket. I had call on help line but they asked me to contact to DIK terminal, then I visited terminal they asked me to pay cash. I had purchased ticket by paying cash & they advise me for submitting the said issue via email, I have forwarded email on refunds@daewoo.com.pk but didn't get any response so far, I have called on help line as well but they have no solution for the same & said that on line tickets dispute will be resolved through email.

I have already send complaint on website contact us, but got no reply, then I send an email but got no response. The online system has no proper guide line for these types of issues,

Please help me or guide where I have to go to sort that issue and get refund my payment.
