Mrs. Hafeez-ullaha here, and i m the resident of, Dev Samaj Building Ibrahim Street, Dhani Ram Road, New Anarkali, Lahore-54000, Pakistan, I am daughter in law Mr.Rehmat Ali (Late) Consumer No. 71099520000, Meter No.MR01511475, I am disable lady, I would like to inform you that I am facing of a lot of problem in cooking the food since last month especially in the morning from 7.00 A.M to night 20:00 P.M. At the time of Electricity load shedding 20:00 P.M the pressure becomes very low.
I would like to brought your kind knowledge that residents of our area’s next building (Dev Ashram) were facing the same problem but after their complaint to you on Sunday 18th December, 2011, your department’s technician were attended their complaint and remove the fault by digging the consumers gas pipeline connection which was badly damaged thus they repaired by changing the piece of damaged pipe. I shall be very grate full to you, if you kindly arrange technician team for solving this problem.
