Subject: COMPLAINT REGARDING DSL CONNECTION.
Sir,
It is stated that I the undersigned (owner of PTCL # 071-5692438), has been facing great inconvenience to use the DSL connection i.e. Internet is not functioning properly and from time to time it becomes disconnect since last one month. In this connection, I have complained on different dates on complaint # 1218, but the needful has not been done so far. It is worth mentioning that the concerned staff is not taking interest to resolve the subject complaint/problem.
In view of above stated facts, it is requested to please consider my genuine complaint and the concerned staff may be directed to do the needful as soon as possible to work out on the same.
