Cmplaint about speen of DSL

Dear Sir,
The DSL connection of my home is not working properly this is why i faced many problem. the problen is that when i connect the internet through DSL it took many time to connect and after connecting when i working on the internet it automatically disconnected please check my DSL connection as soon as possible.
