hello i am muhammad shahbaz basically from Pakistan my city city name is Wazirabad .
I am living in Saudia for the last 4 months. I applied for student package but they did not install the student package and now i am living in Saudia i guided my family to convert the package they have gone to PTCL exchange Wazirabad probably for 6 times. but they are not cooperative sometime they say that my application needs to be attested from the institution from where have i done my gratuation and sometime they make another excuse now tell me i am sitting in Saudia and my niece and my family members are using the net constantly but they cannot afford the bill. had it been a student package it would have been so convenient for them to pay the bill.if it is not possible then i am planning to disconnect the DSL.. so do something or suggest me . the no which is being used there is 0556604055. if i am helped it will be great for me by PTCL.
