disconnection without any reason

I have a DSL at my land line 35183171. It has been disconnected on 25-1-12 on the pretext that someone has asked to deactivate my DSL whereas no such request was forwarded by me. I have made complaint on 1218 but no action has so far been taken. Please restore it. Thanks.
