With respect fully i want to tell about my problem. Sir i use dsl ptcl service last ramdan
throug out i have problem to face that the speed of internet speed increase for only few minutes and then again be at same position in which it is not work properly.
i think my modem zte has some error or may be other
i request to you please change my modem and give me multi codded device and send your hardware employ to check it in my house. My Number of ptcl is 055-4448271-
and you check my history how many time i call your help line but after the junior staff i am not talk with their senior because they dosnot pick my phone and i remain hopfless.
Sir if you not do it correct please tell me however i change my network and go to other brand band connection . my main problem is that some time speed is very nice and every time it is not open just google page and i look at him when it is open google page
so i request again plese change my device and solve my problem or tell me that you are not haveing abilty to it .

some time internet line is also off
