My browsing speed is so slow earlier it was used to be fine I am facing this problem for last two weeks please try to rectify it asap

We have recently gotten the DSL connection in the area of Qutab Pur Tehsil Dunya Pur which ran only first 2 days and now from last 2 weeks it is totally off and when we complaint to concern(DUNYA PUR) then we hear one sentence
THERE IS A MAIN FAULT WE ARE UNABLE TO DO NEEDFUL
Plz do needfull at your earliest
