DSL problem

my net is very slow i am using 1 mb package of ptcl but this is very slow they bloody idiot only making money from us idiots.
i have been committed many complaints but they all ignoring...

i m having problem in my land line from a long time, having noise, DSL speed problem. we are having a request that kind send a inspection team to kohlu exchange to carried out a detail inspection. kindly solve this problem.
