During the last week of April, 2011 we requested for the installation of 2mb speed DSL connection in our office i.e. PASSCO Zonal Office, Multan on our already installed PTCL Phone No. 061-6564084. On 30th April a rep. of PTCL installed the modem and said that its jumpering shall be done right in half an hour whereas it was conducted on the end of 1st week of May, 2011. Now, our DSL internet is working but its speed is only 0.85 mbps to 0.91 mbps which is quite less then our request of 2 Mbps. It is, therefore, requested that the concerned staff of PTCL may very kindly be directed to take measures regarding speed of our DSL Internet according to our request.

Our problem regarding less speed of DSL has not so far been resolved.
