DSL/Internet not working

my internet connection not working after 1600 Hrs till next morning daily from last three days and phone also dead (round the clock) from 3 days.Complains made to local exchange but no remedial action taken. please do some thing for the customer satisfaction. plz plz plz (My No 0722576687)
