low speed n downloading

i brought evdo 2GB package,just 2 days back,formerly i was using world call but they say me evdo is very better,but its downloading and surfing speed is very bad,i am very disappointed by PTCL,and the thing is that my home also near to there tower even then it happen...fix it ASAP or plz take it back,i can bear some loss but evdo is very bad..and no one listens to you
