low signal & speed& crual behavior of ptcl staff

I am using evo brand band in lahore pu new campus area.I have never got more than 50kbps/sec dowloading speed. I do many comlaints many times but there is no reply. The behave of your staff is also shameable. Its my first &last wrong decision to use ptcl product.
