Downloading speed / disconnection

i bought ptcl evo 4 month before i complaint to the online for low downloading speed about 1-5kb, please solve my problem because i have to work online it is very important for me, if any ptcl member read this plz help me. otherwise i will have to choose an alternate and go to the consumer court.
