I HV BUY EVO DEVICE MDN NO .36184816 FEW MONTHS AGO.ITS WAS EVO MEX PAKIGE AFTER THIS MY USEGE WAS LOW AND I REQUESTED FOR CHANGE IN EVO LIGHT PAKIGE VIA CALL TO HELP LINE 1236 BEFOR ONE MONTH AGO THEY REPIED ME THAT MY DEVICE HV BEEN CHANGED IN EVOLIGHT PAKIGE .15TH FEBRURY 2011 ME AGAIN CALLED TO HELPLINE AND CONFORM ABOUT MY PAKIGE STATUS COSTUMER OFFICER TOLD ME THAT MY DESIRED PAKIGE.AFTER THIS I HV RELOADED RS.1200/.WHEN I HV ATTACHED WITH COMPUTER DEVICE CONNECTED AND AFTER THREE SECONDS STARTED AGAIN AND AGAIN RECONNECTION.I HV MADE MANY TIMES COMPLAINTS ON HELPLINE NO 1218 SOME COMPLAINTS NO ARE THESE 15830..AND TODAY ALREADY NO 16063 EVEN EVERY DAYS ME HV MADE REQUEST TO NOTED ABOVE HELPLINE NO.MANY TIMES OFFICERS EXPLAIN ME THAT MY DEVICE WORKING STATUS IN PROVIOUSE MEX PAKIGE THEN I AGAIN CALLED ON 1236 AND REQUESTED AGAIN FOR RESOLVE MY PROBLEM ON 21 FEB SACOND DAY ON 22 FEB PTCL REPRESENTATIVE CALLED ME ON MY PROVIDED NOMBAR ANF AFTER VERYFICATION TOLD ME THAT ITS LL BE CHANGE IN NEXT 12 HOURS THEN YOU CAN USE ITS.ON 23 FEB I TRIED AGAIN FOR CONNECTION BUT SAME PROBLEMS.THEN I GET NOMBER OF REGNAL GENREL MANAGER OF SOUTH LAHORE 04235391199.ONE MAN NAMLY MUHAMMAD ASLAM ATTEND MY CALL AFTER EXPLAING MY PROBLEM HE GIVE ME NEXT NO OF MANAGER MR.TALAT SHAHZAD 04235390061./0563030300 AND HIS MOBILE CELL NO.LAST EVENING I CALLED TO MANAGER FROM MY CELL AND EXPLAIN MY PROBLEM HE PROMISE ME THAT SEND SMS HIM WITH DETAILS AND TODAY HE WILL REMOVE MY COMPLAIN .TODAY I HV CHECKED AGAIN BUT MY DEVICE SAME STATUS I CAN NOT USE MY DEVICE EVEN TODAY ALREADY I HV CALLED TO 1218 UNFORTUNATLY COSTUMER OFFICER NAMELY SAJJAD DIRECTED ME AGAIN FOR PAST PROCESS OF COMPLAIN.
