service issue/device not working properly

I have subscribed the EVO service under Package for PEPCO employees.. since the very beginning , i have been facing service problem... i am unable to receive streaming of GEO TV News live...as well as uninterrupted you tube broad cast .even most of the time speed is very slow...i couldnot lodge compliant before this on account of busy schedule of my job...now i have found this website to lodge my complaint...i hope the issues will be addressed..my contact no is 03332627107.
