I recently booked a ticket to fly from Karachi to Lahore in Air blue flight ED 402 which was scheduled to take off at 8 in the morning. I reached air port on time but had to wait for several hours. the airblue counter didnt tell us any valid reason and just said due to technical difficulties the flight was delayed. We later found out their flight had a lot of empty seats so they waited for their next flight ED 406 at 7 PM and put all passengers in one flight!!.
It was frustrating as I had to attend a funeral in lahore and I was late in reaching there. Im sure other passengers had important tasks too. Shame on air blue for treating its passengers like this!! I will never use that airline.

i had similar issue on karachi to islamabad flight but that was one year ago.
I have tried something more worse than this one.
Before my departure I called customer service and asked them what the charges are for extra baggage because I didn't find it clear what was written on the e-ticket and to be sure that we could pay for the extra baggage we want to pay for.
The customer service told me that I will be charged 6000 Rs for one extra baggage. Doesn't matter if I have 1 KG or 10 KG. If I want to bring one extra bag the charge will be 6000 Rs and I could bring upto 32 KG.
At check in I was told something different. I have to pay 6000 Rs for one extra bag and then for each KG I have to pay some amount. The result was that the lady at the counter asked me to pay 28000 Rs before I could get my baggage with me.
I have made a complain to Airblue, described this in details as above. They promised me to send a check because it was their fault. But do you think I have recieved anything? No! I have tried to get in touch with them a lot of times, but no one answers my request.
I can't take them seriously. It is more than one year ago this happened, but I will not give up. Next time I travel to Pakistan I will go to their office and not leave before I get my money back.
I have no other choice to make my complain official now. Sorry Airblue. You have asked for this on your own.

Here is the latest update. Airblue finally gave me the difference back!!!
Strange thing is they couldn't send the check to my adress outside Pakistan. And you needed to have an account in Pakistan before they could transfer the money to you. I was lucky I had an old account in one bank in Pakistan. If I didn't I would not like to imagine what situation I would have been in then :-)
It took more than one from I sent the complaint to Airblue acceptet my complaint and finally the money was in my account.
