form b

I am apply for form b a month ago.i apply the form b on fast track system of nadra.officals told me it take 4 or 5 days but i didnot get it yet.i am in very tense because i want to make my passport.

i have sent my id card to islamabade via embassy in france for mistake in name. 5 monthes have pâssed id card is not comming . pass me infomation.thanks

NADR`s performance is very poor although they are working in two shifts.

Sir.
I am a student of FSc (2nd Year of free eng). Sir my exame ia about to start and I am looking forward for my bright future. Sir I just want to have admission in NUST.But for the admission I need my CNIC OR B FORM. I have already applied for B Form . But still there is some time to be completed. If possible please sir as soon as possible issue my B Form for my bright future. my Token No and other Bio Data is as undr.
