THE STAFF OF THIS BRANCH ARE NOT CORPORATE WITH THE CUSTOMER DUE TO THIS REASON THE STATUS OF HBL BANK IN THIS CITY HAS BEEN VERY LOW. NO PERSON HAS TAKEN INTEREST IN OFFICE WORK INCLUDING MANAGER OF THIS BRANCH. TWO MONTH AGO APPLIED A NEW CHEQUE BOOK AND ATM CARD BUT mR.TANVEEN AHMED OFFICIAL NOT TO SENT THE HIGHER UPS FOR FURTHER PROCEEDING. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT MY CHEQUE BOOK AND ATM CARD WHICH I HAVE APPLIED 2 MONTH AGO THEY WERE QUARRELING WTIH ME (MR TANVEE & MANAGER) THEY 2 PERSON BEHAVIOR IS NOT BEARABLE.
I AM GEPCO EMPLOYEE AND RECEIVED THE SALARY FROM THIS BANK. U KNOW THAT EID COME SOON AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SALARY BECAUSE THE MY CHEQUE BOOK AND ATM APPLICATION WERE NOT SENT TO HIGHER UPS. PLEASE STRIC ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THE MANAGER AND MR.TANVEER AHMED.
