Complain against staff

Dear Sir,

Gpo Faisalabad staff meri meri application par koi amal nehi kar raha. Senior post master b meray sath acha bartao nehi kar rahay. He is saying " AAO LOOG WELLAY HO BAR BAR AA JATAY HO. BANDAY SAY GALTI HO GAI HAI TO COMPLAIN K PEECHAY HI PAR GAY HO.

Aap nay jo meri complain forword ki thi. aus k against mujay eik letter mosool huwa hai. Aus may b koi tassali baksh jawab nehi diya gya.

Ayesa lagta hai. Senior post master is not intrested to take action against the relevent person. I was met with the Senior post master. He is simple saying we have post the letter to u. U will collect it. Today i have collect the letter, I read it. and i am worried that Senion post man has no take any action against the relevant person.

Now i request to take action against the relevent person (counter no.5) and take action against Senior Post Master who is saving the faulty person. Coz Senior post master is saying now this is our metter we will handel it.

Note 1: When Senior post master has call me through offical letter. When i go GPO senior post master has not called the faulty person. and he has not lission us both. Senior post master has reply me via offically letter and this letter is not satisfying me.

Note 2: I have video record of Senior post master when he was misbehaving and telling me. "AAP LOGON KO AUR KOI KAM NEHI HAI JO COMPLAIN KARNAY AA JATAY HO"

Pls take action as soon as possible.
