ATM Link Always Down

I am an HBL customer for the last about 30 years. The standard of service of HBL has always been questionable. The most painful thing while using ATM, it most of the times announces that the Link is Down. So, you can not get the money even if you are in the severest of situation like needing it at the hospital emergency or last day of a utility bill or your son's examination fee etc. etc. The cash in the HBL ATMs is always kept so meager that you almost always have to search for two or three ATMs before you can draw the cash. I think its time for HBL high ups to wake and not humiliate the Bank customers and deny them the right to draw THEIR OWN MONEY from their accounts with so much difficulties. Please do the banking professionally and not on Ad-hocism. - Sohail -
