ATM CashWithdrawl of 6k and didn't get the Cash :(

I have Account in HBL Tariq Road Branch, Few days back i went to NBP SMCHS Branch's ATM and tried 2 times for transaction and it gives me error on screen "Some Hardware Problem.....". then i went for another bank and after ~5 minutes i received 2 sms on my cell that i have cash withdrawl of Rs. 3000 - two times (Though i didn't recieved cash b/c of hardware problem & it withdrawled 6k amount from my account... i contact with helpline customer officer hey said i will be revert the cash back soon (just wait for 24 hrs if you can't get it back then we will register your complain) - hey said sometimes that happens... dont worry. i waited.. for 24 hrs then called on helpline, a mrs. atiqa registered my complain... after that i tried daily their number is busy and still i didn't received cash back in my account.. ) Transac Date: 01-12-2015, Apprx. Time: 4:30 p.m - 5:30 p.m, Acc# PK61-0000387900901303. i tried to contact on helpline today 4 times but their helpline number is busy as always.....

sir my i have withdraw my cash but cash ot recieved.

Sir today around 5 pm I used habib metro Atm for cash withdrawl but I think due to habib bank down link transaction was not processed.I didnot received any cash and also did this process two times bit I received 2 msgs of cash transaction that cash has been debited from my account.I was contacting to your helpline but there was no reply.Kindly plz reply me as soon as possible will be thankful to you.

i have not received my Atm card last 2 month and i dont know about reason kindly give me my Atm card as soon as possible
