Respected sir,It is stated that i have a account in HBL,Lahore.I want to complain for discusting misbehavior by your employee working in HBL,cavalry ground branch Lahore.His name is ...... and he is working at cash/deposite counter.I have also complain to Branch Manager but he don't care for it so i need too complain and now i have decided to close the account due to only this person's misbehavior every time irritate me.

Sir, I just want to tell you that your Cash counterman is very misbehave person. Yesterday I went to HBL, Cavalry Ground, Lahore Cantt two time for VU payment but he has refused me. He said that online is not working. Every time, but for your kind information he was working on online. I dont know why that why he is doing. Kindly check your staff behavior and do the needful at the earliest most convenience, otherwise I will take an action in this regard strongly by Higher Authorities. Take is seriously and treat it as urgent.
