DEAR SIR/MADAM,

MOST RESPECTFULLY I WANT TO STATE THAT YOUR HELPLINE IS USELESS BECAUSE THIS HELPLINE DOES NOT COOPERATE AND SATISFY THE HBL CUSTOMERS.MY SUGGESTION IS TO CLOSE THIS HELPLINE OR TO GIVE TRAINING TO THE EMPLOYEES OF HBL HELPLINE WHICH INCLUDES TECHNICAL, DISCIPLINE AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING OF BUSINESS ETHICS IS THEIR BEHAVIOR TO HBL CUSTOMERS.PLS TAKE THIS ISSUE SERIOUSLY COZ MANY TIME I FACED PROBLEMS WHICH COULD NOT BE RESOLVED BY UR HELPLINE.I AM UR VERY OLD CUSTOMER I THINK FROM 2000.
THE HELPLINE WHICH CANNOT SOLVE UR PROBLEMS MUST BE CLOSED.I THINK THIS SECTION IS IN SURPLUS POOL OF HBL.

My Request is that i lost my watan card 3 months ago i complained many time but i didn't get any respond from your branch so please sir kindly considered my application

I Nazeer Ahmed Channa employee of Mehran University Jamshoro request u that I was sent my cross chique No is 6751661 on 23-07-2011 amount of this chique is 2550/= to above both for credit my account , my naib Qasid fill the slip of my account but he wrote a wrong account No 7200700217701 on slip , but my correct account No, is 72007000217701 , After few dayes i check ballance of my account the manager says the above amount slip is not credit my account, from that day i am going daily or day after day but thare is no result is given to me , so what i do , there is about 4 and half months passed ,daily they says plz come after 2 days
dear sir i request you plz take action against the manager of this Branch and give me reilef for this . I shall ever remain your this act of kindness .
