Dear Sir,
With extreme sense of regards and due deference it is submitted that I am well-known Sindhi Writer. Many books, columns and essays are on my literary credit. As Recognition I have been blessed/awarded with manifold Awards by the profound organizations of Pakistan, for an example I have regarded the “Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai National President Award” by the most famous literary institute of Pakistan “Pakistan Academy of Letters” Islamabad. Up till this moment my seven standard books have been published and enjoyed a lot of success and widely regarded as the defining works in the Sindhi language, I have many new books awaiting publication.
I also want to inform you that I am consumer of Hesco since 30 May 2004. My A/C No. is 03-7431-00839001 U. I have made the online complaint against Hesco Authorities Khairpur to your honour, on 18th day of September 2009, in the connection of extra and wrong reading. In the response of said complaint currently I received a letter from The Electric Inspector to Govt: of Sindh, Sukkur Region Sukkur, with No. POI/EIS (Gen)/CR/-3702 Dated: 28.09.2009, through which he has advised to me as bellow:
With reference to your application, you are hereby advised to adopt the proper procedure and complete requirements by submitting following documents, so that your application can be registered and matter proceeded further.
• Application with detail facts (Three copies)
Addressed to the Electric Inspector Govt: of Sindh Sukkur Region.
• Copies of paid electricity bills (at lest last six months.
• File cover.
• Copies of correspondence made with Hesco Authorities.
• (4) Four Nos of envelops duly affixed Registered Stamps.
• Telephone/ Mobile No.
• CNC Card copy.
Dear Sir,
After looking into aforesaid letter it’s clear that it is the open way of blocking the complaints against Hesco. It appears that my representation has been unjustly turned down. I dare to ask that is this justice that I send even the official stationary (File cover and envelops duly affixed Registered Stamps etc) for the proceeding of my complaint to the Enquiry officer deputed by you?
Under these circumstances I humbly pray for appropriate action in the interest of justice. Other wise I will drag the Hesco Authorities in the Court of law.

More HESCO complaints
WAPDA staff issing irregular bills sitting in the office instead checking the ground relaty/meter status especially mobile towers which is clearly shows that they are doing this activity against the benefit of Pakistan. Being a Pakistani and in the best interest of Pakistan, I strongly recommended for weeding out such person from the service immediately.
