Hesco Complaints - Excessive billing

My friend noting will happen. HESCO officials will not reply to you. IF YOU PAY SOME AMOUNT UNDER THE TABLE, YOUR CASE WILL BE CONSIDERED. THIS IS LIKE LAW OF JUNGLE. NO BODY CARES IN PAKISTAN.

Subject: NO METER AT SIGHT HENCE THE READING IS CHARGED

R/Sir,
With due reverence & humbly submissions I Kamran S/o Late Ghulam Abbas Residence at House No.51/67-13 Near Gymkhana Hakara Mohalla Shikarpur Sindh, beg to say in your kind honour that I belong to very poor family background and my father has also been passed away since 14 years ago, he was labor in sugar mill and only my father’s pension support to feed us which is also too low to live.

I am studying in university Scholar based Sir now I being elder in my family have to look after my family and my financial condition is not so strong enugh to accept the unlawful demands of meter reader Mr. Shahid Ali Soomro, who is giving me mental torcher due to this I can not pay heed to my studies this constant punishment of heavy units charged to me has badly disturbed me though there is no meter is present at sight hence he put 716 current reading to me in amount of Rs.20089/- which is totally illegal. I hardly survive with monthly pension of my father how can I pay the heavy price of illegal charging of electricity. The meter reader has charged A/C code, but I have no A/C accept 3 ceiling fans and a pedestal fan only at my home, for his satisfaction I made twice visits for A/C and he agreed that there is no A/C in the premises, and start bargaining on amount of Rs.20089/-, but, I totally denied for bargaining on ground of no meter, no any reading at sight. I challenged the above meter reader that how he has charged units 716 with total reading 18, 149, but he was still at his bargaining point, and said that he is the lord of his book, it is his wish to charge as much units as he wants.

Keeping in view, I hold you worthy accountable for kind justice and correct my bill after inquiry and sight verification.

Kindly take an immediate action against the meter reader, so that he may not do so with some one else and please do justice with me.

it is submitted sir I namely abdul Jabbar abro s/o mir mohammad abro r/o villege attur khan abro taluka and distt: ghotki sindh is requested that sir one matter alowted my father namely mir mohammad abro from wapda sepiko (Hesco) about 14/15 years age the same matter is furnished and not working position such application submitted to the concerned hesco authority distt: ghotki and my application forword to the Mr: Sohbat Khan Memon Metter Reader Inspector how said to me you payment about 2000 rupees matter charging to me I provided to you new metter but I not received matter till to day from concerned quters , further submitted sir eletric bill I shall payment to wapda ,but sir my compliat under your considerable sir I shall payment eletric bill to government and no received eletric strated and concerned wapda servant were received bribe from my villegers and who illegal received eletric from wapda hesco , further sir I submitted proof to your honourable enquiry officer.
and further request to taken departmental action against Mr: Sohbat Khan memon Meter Reader Inspector in wapda Hesco distt: ghotki who is very and good corrupt men and black ship in wapda hesco district ghotki , so i pray for your long life and prosperty
