Subject: Over charging utility bill
Dear Sir,
In spite of numerous complaints to your meter reader at your Daharki office with regard to failure to perform meter readings at my home, we find our self in the position of overpaying our utility bills, this continues on an ongoing basis.
On the time of complaint in the office, meter reader also threats that they will cut or disconnect the meter and will never be issued again if we are failure to pay the bill.
It would appear that your organisation is profiting by trading on overcharged consumption monies, this is not an ethical way of carrying out business and it doe's not portray your organisation in a favourable light.
I trust that you will now arrange for an on site visit by your meter reader in the course of
the next five working days, to perform a factual meter reading and the overcharged monies reimbursed with immediate effect.
Attached please find here with the last utility bill for your reference.

It is submitted that Meter of my haves Meter No: S-P 1202465 & Reffrence No: 02 37423 0105300 R. in not properly observed and my monthly bill has always been charged extra electricity unit than actual. There is huge difference between actual reading and billed reading approximately by exceeding 10,000 extra unit and causing me payment of extra unit every monthly bill (copy enclosed ) so kindly make necessary foreeearstionary measure and record actual meter reading so as to avoid extra payment .
It is further requested to issued direction to Revenue Officer Ghotki. Solve my problem and make my record correct
