Subject: REQUEST FOR LEGAL ACTION AGAINST CONCERNED WAPDA OFFICERS DISTRICT NAWABSHAH DUE TO THEIR CARELESS AND IRRESPONSIBLE DUTY PERFORMANCE.

Respected Sir,

I say with solemn affirmation that I submitted an application in XEN WAPDA Office Nawabshah and S.D.O WAPDA Office Daur District Nawabshah on 01-10-2009 for return / surrender of previous electric meter Ref No.1531411127001, because new electric line sanctioned for my village. But S.D.O Daur has not considered my application as being careless and irresponsible. Then for same case I submitted an application in XEN Wapda office Nawabshah. Still there is no progress/solution in my matter, because monthly bills of previous meter are to be issued to me to-date.

Kindly instruct XEN/SDO for cancellation of monthly bills issued to me after returning /surrendering of previous electric meter. I am a peasant person can not afford unreal dues. I will be highly grateful to you if my problem solved. In case of injustice I will pursue the case in court.

As I receive WAPDA bill with the name of Ali Akber shah near wapda office pano Aqil Account No 03-7454-01512014.

Sir, I took WAPDA connection on 30th August 2009, and my WAPDA meter was burn in Nov 2009. Again I had submitted demand notice on 8-12-2009, but I received bill of December 2009 and January 2010 with fine. I went regularly to SDO WAPDA pano aqil but he was not doing any action.

Sir they replace meter with new one in Feb. 2010, as I receive bill in March 2010 it was again with previous fine.

Sir I am poor and mostly live in Karachi for job purpose and this home is mostly closed. So sir I request you to remove the fine.

I am studying in university Scholar based Sir now I being elder in my family have to look after my family and my financial condition is not so strong enugh to accept the unlawful demands of meter reader Mr. Shahid Ali Soomro, who is giving me mental torcher due to this I can not pay heed to my studies this constant punishment of heavy units charged to me has badly disturbed me though there is no meter is present at sight hence he put 716 current reading to me in amount of Rs.20089/- which is totally illegal. I hardly survive with monthly pension of my father how can i pay the heavy price of illegal charging of electricity. The meter reader has charged A/C code, but I have no A/C accept 3 ceiling fans and a pedestal fan only at my home, for his satisfaction I made twice visits for AC and he agreed that there is no A/C in the premises, and start bargaining on amount of Rs.20089/-, but, I totally denied for bargaining on ground of no meter, no any reading at sight. I challenged the above meter reader that how he has charged units 716 with total reading 18, 149, but he was still at his bargaining point, and said that he is the lord of his book, it is his wish to charge as much units ah he wants.

Keeping in view, I hold you worthy accountable for kind justice and correct my bill after inquiry and sight verification.

Kindly take an immediate action against the meter reader, so that he may not do so with some one else and please do justice with me.

The Contact # 022-2766346 the duty person Mr. Muhammad Ali not performing their responsibilities in a proper way. When a person can ask the reason of shut down or failure of break up, He uses abusive, harsh, and non professional language. In the against Mr. Naik Muhhamd , Mr. Khalil , Mr.Mustafa are very nice persons, They speak smooth, professionally or in a good manner, They treated the caller in a proper way and told the reason of Tripping.

Mr .Muhhammad Ali says that no one in the WAPDA Or HESCO can change my behavior or attitude, Its fell real that No one can change, When we made this person complaint most off time to SDO, EXEN. PTDC Dept: to Mr Sarwar Unnar. Mr Sarwar Memon, Mr Jawaid Ali but no action took by him.

I requested to your Honor that please verify this person if he founded blamed then an action took against for him.

Sir SDO wapda Sub Division Talhar and Mr. Abdul Haee Nizamani Line Man these are both corrupt. All villagers are facing great difficulties and this time electricity of the village is shut down.

Keeping in view of above it is requested please a court of inquiry may please be assembled against the above mentioned corrupt staff and electricity of the village may please be installed as villagers are facing great difficulties in hot season.
An early action is requested, please.

Dear Sir, It is to state that there is no electricity at my village Dad Jarwar, Bukera Feeder, sub divisionTando Allahyar-II, since 4 days.It is reported that there is no such power failure to a nearby village of an MPA. Are we not the equal citizens of Pakistan as an MPA? Do we not pay bills in time? Are we nof facing heavy load-shedding as others face? What to do? Can anyone suggest? We are being compelled to protest against HESCO on roads. Thanx

My electric connection having meter number # sp990828 is available in Al amina complex Hyderabad under the domain Gari Khata Sub division. The bill is wrongly being issued since last few months alongwith heavy deduction. I have submitted an application to SDO Gari khata under copy to Electric inspector Hyderabad for bill correction & also I have lodge the complain to NEPRA but still the issue not resolve yet. Many times went to SDO office but no responce, I have called to XEN on his mobile number for resolving the problem but he said that I may not be distrubed.

Now i will lodge the complaint with Wafaqi Muhtsab

Respected Sir,
It is respectfully submitted that I submitted an application in XEN WAPDA Office Naushahro feroze and S.D.O WAPDA Office District Naushahro feroze on 18-08-2011 regarding above subject that meter reader writes wrong meter reading sitting in office, but not checking on meter at site. My actual reading on meter till date 11-08-2011 is 11453 units and on bill wrong reading 19564 units which is lot different. Kindly instruct the concerned officers for correction in figures with checking/reconciliation on the meter. My meter no is 0107284..
May we ask that why bill reading is not resemblance with my meter. The officials satisfy us verbally but not practically on the record. Please take action against concerned person. Already do you know due to inflation, a peasant person can not afford the government officials mistakes which are not due on me?
Kindly look into matter and solve my problem and cancel the previous over meter reading, I will be highly grateful to you. In case of injustice I will pursue the case in court.
