all Institutions that run are responsible to abide by laws and where there law and rules are not observed neither government can run nor its public enjoy peace hence corruption prevails. since no any institution hesco, lesco, pesco or etc not supply meter cards to consumers therefore both the parties are to face problems. The consumer has proper reason against these agencies because the meter reading is not recorded in their presence and post /noted same on any government document prescribed legally for consumer claims the reading is wrong/over or excess...I would appeal hesco and other SDOs to help consumers legitimize. This legal and proper step of authorities concerned not lessen their own problems but the consumer would feel satisfaction in his case.

i have been trying to search Hesco bill online since long but regretted the site concern does not provide information. The Hesco responsible are requested to please ensure the consumer in getting read his bill online.

Since last few months I have been trying to get Hesco meter reading card and approached Nepra through their web site,my complaint was forwarded to Elect: Inspector Sukkur.A hearing date was fixed .matter was herd in person,the E Inspector resolved my matter efficiently being capable and experienced.The meter reading card (not on card-board ),actually a thin paper was issued to me dully filled with last three readings ,but never updated by hesco staff.Now what should I do?Plz forward this email to Nepra ,Pepco and Hesco Authorities.

Subject: REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION OVER READING
Respected Sir,
It is respectfully submitted that I submitted an application in XEN WAPDA Office Naushahro feroze and S.D.O WAPDA Office District Naushahro feroze on 18-08-2011 regarding above subject that meter reader writes wrong meter reading sitting in office, but not checking on meter at site. My actual reading on meter till date 11-08-2011 is 11453 units and on bill wrong reading 19564 units which is lot different. Kindly instruct the concerned officers for correction in figures with checking/reconciliation on the meter. My meter no is 0107284..
May we ask that why bill reading is not resemblance with my meter. The officials satisfy us verbally but not practically on the record. Please take action against concerned person. Already do you know due to inflation, a peasant person can not afford the government officials mistakes which are not due on me?
Kindly look into matter and solve my problem and cancel the previous over meter reading, I will be highly grateful to you. In case of injustice I will pursue the case in court.

no court of law can be run without proper documentations ..obtaining the meter reading card is basic need and demand of a consumer because he is to pay revenue . The meter readers that record reading from energy meters without bringing in notice of consumer is considered that the wapda authorities simply assess readings that is illegal. proper procedure is only that what meter shows it should be recorded in presence of consumer that is legal.
HESCO responsible are fully known about general public grievances and beside being known how complaints can be redress but hopelessly said they don't pay any attention to consumer's problems. I request the authorities to please respect general public's genuine problems . It is fact that more than 80 percent of population desire turning this revenue generating institution as private. If pepco and its allied institutions are really sincere they must to pay heed to consumers problem. we public do not desire coming under their pressure and illegal activities usually being done by authorities concern. Furthermore, being brought to the notice of authorities that what wrong bills corrected by relevant Revenue offices are not corrected by computer division. What folly,, the staff concerned usually found saying that once any wrong bill is feed in computer can never be corrected by them.I would request the responsible to please avoid from said misrepresentation to illiterate consumers ....Thanks for respect of law
