sir, I live in north karachi sector 5k near power house charangi in Aalam pride project. KESC personnels delibrately off the power at 3 AM to 4:30 Am of this project. yesterday night they were continuesly on and off the power after 1 am till morning. some person went to their office and have talked to them, at early morning about 20 kesc personnels with stick and Danday came to this project and misbehaved the people bcz those who went the office have used some bitter lanuage. kindly prob into the matter and advise Kesc not to off the power after 12. midnight.
