Since morning 11 am the main wire has been broken by pole we complained to your KESC MALIR zone office by phone on this no. 0214519352 they are noted our complain but not taking any response till and power has been failed of three fases we are very confused due to your employees response.

Sir please solve our problem immedietly we shall pray for you and your department.
