being a illegible,i am still ineligible in BISP management

as i am by name zulifqar Ali hullio from larkana as i am married and i have childs but my profession is driver, i thought that i will find help for income through Benazir income support program. but still i couldn't get any income
please try for me, that i can receive some amount and i can do support easily to my family. i will be very thankful of you.i will wait for your kind reply
