I lost my nic.

I lost my nic in my home(most probably).It is for overseas citizen because I born in Saudia and was living there for almost 16 years.Now I am in Karachi living for almost 2 years.Do I have to get new nic or I will get a duplicate one?How many days will it take?What's the available option for minimum days?
