id card

sir i had applied for new id card on date of 15 july with cnic no:38302-5910253-3 and form no:MW00364267. They asked me that you will recieve your card after 25 days. now they said that you should wait one month more for your id card.
while i need it quickly for the sake of my job.

sir , i lost my nic. and i dont have any copy of my n.i.c . i want to known my n.i.c no. for f.i.r of lost my n.i.c
