I basically love gul ahmed. throughout the years it has turned into a major brand. but one thing i am not happy with is their staff and the ideas store and that they "never" inform about ongoing sales..recently they had a 70% off on their interior n bedding items..to my surprise we're always informed (by phone) when a new collection is launched or an exhibition takes place..but never when a sale is on..although there's a special form that customers fill out for such notifications..anyway, despite all that, i wasn't sure how long was the sale on, so i gave called them to find out and nobody picked the phone..and it happened quite a few times..plus, their staff will follow everywhere you go in the store, man that is so embarrassing, leave the customer alone..we're not taking anything..anyway, their staff certainly needs training if gul ahmed wants to keep winning any more brand of the year awards.

Gul Ahmed is indeed a very good brand. Their product quality is also good though a bit expensive but worth it.
I wish such brands also learn what a good customer service is.
