issuance of watan card

i am effectee of flood 2010 and suffering difficulties in construct my house and lookafter my faimly. Further, i belong village manjhipur tehsil sohbatpur district jafferabad, balochistan. However mostely the people of village manjhipur has received watan card. i have submmited all requsite documents in the office of tehsildar tehsil sohbatpur to process my case for issuance of watan card in february, 2011 but till to date no any response has been received. Therefore, it is my humble request that my case may kindly be considered on humentarian ground please. My CNIC # is 53403-7676580-1
