Isue of sim replacement

sir with due respect my mobilink jazz sim has been issued to another customer at the same time the sim was registered to my name for 5 years... sir but one day an distributor issued to an unknown person without my cnic copy... and that sim is port in to another network... sir please take action to resolve my problem... the number of my sim is : 0300-6063198

You can complain Mobilink directly at 111 or email at customercare@mobilink.net, they resolve cases very efficiently
