not taking any action against oil thieft

we the dwellers of sheikh killi charsada got tired by submitting our complaints to 111 regarding our net work problem,bt Alas their respons is .nothing more than of few yummy words.The tower is installed right in our village sheikh killi sardayab charsadda,bt the operator deliberately switched off the generator and use to sell the alloted liters of oil.We are waiting fr prompt action otherwise we have the options of Warid &Ufone
