dear sir my sim card# 0301-8913776, was broken in time of flood in nowshera city. so i tried to get again that sim card as same number. i give 150 rs to the salesman and get my sim again as same number. but now the problem is that i put the balance in my sim card but it lost many time so i request u plz try to.....
And your Rawalakot franchise office staff is not ok.

I would suggest you to write this to customercare@mobilink.net.. I once had a balance deduction issue, those guys solved it for me.. Strongly recommended
