i hereby submit for your kind consideration to receive favorable action at your end for the above cited subject that our bills are being issued at average or theft detection basis being more than our actual consumption. we are not using any hook system now and in past in compulsion we used because of fault in our electric connection supply for which we had got sick off making complaints for permanent solution to our said problem. now we have had removed our electric fault at our own cost.
NOW IT IS HEREBY HUMBLY REQUESTED THAT LET OUR BILLS BE ISSUED IN NORMAL MODE BY NOTING DOWN THE METER READING PLEASE BY THIS MONTH AND ALSO ADJUST PREVIOUS HIGH AMOUNTING BILLS WHICH WE HAVE PAID AND MAKE INSTALLMENTS OF CURRENT BILL. OUR FAMILY IS SMALL AND LESS CONSUMING ELECTRICITY THERE IS NO FEMALE IN OUR FAMILY ONLY 5 MALES WHO ARE USUALLY OUT OF HOME THROUGHOUT THE DAY TO LATE NIGHT.
