I state that I am resident of C-7 Noor Apartment Bock-K FL-4 North Nazimabad , Karachi.

Sir,
being regularly payer of your electricity bills throughout 2015,2016,2017,and now 2018 after paid your bill 50% right off bill amounting 54000/= in 2015 and till now, I am quite helpless as well as hopeless regarding the suspended amount shows in my regular bill in each month throughout like 4 years and No one in KE to resolve this particularly issue resulting huge amount paid in every mount and this is an practice in 2016 I has lodged complain to visit and investigate how is reason for this huge excises billing and calculate exact load and also ticket has been generated through your system but no one come to my house for calculate the load resulting heavy consumption shows through faulty meter. And also some one of complain center in haidry branch doing installment I attached summery against my bills paid you just calculate what KE is doing with the regular payer its totally unjustified. Mr.Amir/umair/abid/usama/ playing with the customer and send E squire employee each month for threaten customers family at morning timing for showing paid bill otherwise electricity will be cut down. sir,
this act shows that KE having no strength to resolve customer issues they are working only for threaten current issues and not to resolve previous issues

Tell the customer who resolve these type of issues and clear actual basis bill arrears not show again in current bill I has been paid installments but shows still and still not remove no one here to verify this issue. issue is here only pay current bill and visit again and again I am totally fad up regarding excess billing.
Current issue is KE replace new digital meter without any information of consumers resulting 1400 unit bill new send for the month of june 2018 amounting 29000/= which is totally unlawful and unjustified it can be a mistake as stated those who came to replace old meter many time I visited many time in customer center haidry but no response from each and every person of KE every one playing ping pong this is the actual ground realities which are facing of customer kindly depute those employee who are eligible to control customers grievances and handle with generously and satisfied the customer because this the prime duty of the employee and employer and also my case which is very prolong and painful to my family I shall be very thankful to you if you are keeping eyes on my case. the all relevant document and paid bills copies and also the ticket are attached with this request sir.

bill may please rectify and corrected on actually basis, it is therefore amount may please be corrected and issued a new corrected bill for payment.

You are therefore, humbly requested that may please be considered benevolently. Keeping in view of my great paucity of financial status that the above-mentioned amount may kindly be eliminated from the bille to pay the same conveniently.
