`I am residing at a premises, It is PTCL owned property, the Consumer No. is AL154187, I am residing there since last four years, when I occupied the premises there was a outstanding amount 0f Rs. 65000/- which was paid from the pension of the person who left the premises, after that I am paying the bills on regular basis, In my whole life I am never involved in malpractice of anytype, I use energy saver bulbs in my house to minimze the consumption, but suddenly in the month of December 2009 I recieved the bill of Rs.14099/-, I ran to the doors of every section of KESC billing but no reply was given to me, now in the end this month they told me that this bill is due to malpractice that during th evisit of our teams your electric connection was found direc without meter, they have no witness to it and no prove, simply they are trying to prove themselves justified, I swear that I have never even thought of any malpractice in my life, now they are forcing to pay it otherwise face the disconnection, such embracing situation I am facing on behalf of well known KESC. Kindly suggest what to do, and whom to contact.
