Nuetral wire loosen from main service line and voltage up & down due to this problem and there is chance to damage the appliances,

I put my complain on 13th April 2010 via boltaconsumer.com for KESC but still (17th April 2010) no action carried out on my complain, So please consider my complain, There is too much fluctuation in voltage & may cause damage my home appliances.
i request to resolve this problem as soon as posible.
