one phase loadsheding problem

I live in Liaquatabad Karachi My complete addressed is
2/854 Liaquatabad No: 2 Nairang Road Karachi.
The problem is this our one phase load shading timing is 10 to 12 hour daily. I request U that Plz register My complain and do positive things for that
i will be very thankful to U

my home side including 8 street in load-shading 2/2/2 hours in different time&all other ph2 side load shading only 1 hours . its painful condition .
please change the night time load shading so change its.

dear sir;.
asslamulikum .
i am living in gulshan e haeeded ph2 my area side in loanshading is 2 hours & other side is 1 hours . kesc colony is attach our pmt side & all kesc employes trun off his own duty & all bill of kesc colony due that. please sir low the load shadding time and side change of kesc clony.no over load of my house side . area detail ; house no. A-1 to A- 400& C-1 to C- 15.
