KESC Complaints - Power Failure

Is anybody to ask KESC about their billing vs their supplies.
regardless of loadshedding they continue send billing as it is rather more than that. is it justified. Why don t they correct themselves.?

Last 6 month we are facing a problem we are useing single phase at my home and due to some technical problem they shutdown my Electricity for 2 days or more then 2 days, i complain again and again but there is no proper acttion taken by KESC Engineer. last night i faced the same problem and my compalin number is 3708, still i am waiting for proper action. kindly do some peroper arrangement.

Last 36 hours we are facing an Electric problem at my home . 36 hours to current time we face Technical problem by KESC. I complain again and again but there is no proper action taken by KESC Engineer. I faced the many problem and increase may money expenses. We have little Children at my home, My complain number is 3468, still i am waiting for proper action. kindly do some proper arrangement as soon as possible.

KESC is lying to people of Karachi. I lived in Shadman North Karachi and when summer started we hardly got light in day time, Kesc doing full day load sheading
