In our street, some one has stolen the KESC cable from the main street power line. We filed a complaint against that in KESC complaint center, they said that as soon as we have wire available from our main store, we will fix it.
After a few days, when they didn't show up for fixing it up, we went again and inquired about it. They said that as this wire has been stolen from your street, you are responsible for this and you need to first file an FIR at Police Station and then bring that FIR to us after which we will fix the wire issue.
It is very bad. Everyone knows that in our Police Stations you need to pay bribe to the Police even to file an FIR and plus other various issues. I don't know why do they need this? It is simply annoying.

I am living in Jamshed Road, and I have my friend who tell me that your new campaign "They Steel We Pay", is not working just because of few people who are going to houses and ask for meoney.
I am telling you that in Lee Market people are steeling the electricity so please look in this matter seriously because 90% people are steeling and they are proud and making FUN that we just pay Rs. 200 and we get all the facilities.
