WRONGLY IMPOSED DOUBLE FEEDER PENALTY

Dear Sir,
This is regarding Double feeder penalty which is wrongly imposed in the billing month of January 2012 on the following Flats.

We have been legally using electricity and never used wrong methods of getting electric supply from KESC. When we went to KESC NORTH NAZIMABAD KARACHI, to find out about this extra billing they told us that KESC survey team visited our homes without informing or giving us any notice and found us blameworthy of using Double feeder. We tried to prove our innocence at every level (Manager, Billing Departments etc) but they didn’t hear a single word and told us that you have to pay this amount and also treated us unkindly. We also asked them to present us evidence if they have, which they were failed to provide. Even we told them to send your survey team with us to do the inspection of flat or meter wires inch by inch.

We now request to highest authorities that the injustice has been done by KESC to us and if no compelling proof is available then clear our names from this offence and reverse the amount of double feeder penalty. At the end when we tried to submit written application which they were not accepting it, so then we forcefully submitted to some KESC personal.

Please rectify this problem as soon as possible because many legal consumers in our area have suffered from this which we have not mentioned in this application. If this problem is solved by your company then people will start believing the working system of KESC.
