low downloading speed

i have a ptcl connection (0425322177). on 358 D sher shah raiwind road lahore. i am using 2MB ptcl broadband service. But i am facing prolem regarding downloading speed. Downloaing speed is not more than 75 kb/sec. kindly pay attention on my request as soon as possible..

no response about my ptcl dsl speed
iam using 1mb my downloadind speed is very low 25kbps. suggest me what can i do
