Bought eggs and chicken both were smelly and expired and I had to throw 80 eggs and 10 kg of chicken they must be sent to jail for selling expired and rotten food items.
or Pakistan food department must take measures to stop this

Well, if you are in Lahore, you should notify Makro about your grievance. If they don't take any appropriate action within a reasonable time, you must go to the Consumer Court.
